Return/Exchange Policy

Anchored Collective does not accept returns on any items, however we accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
In order to be eligible for exchange, all items returned must be unwashed and unworn. Items that do not meet this requirement will be sent back “return to sender” and the exchange will be denied. 
Should you receive an item with a defect (a rip in the fabric, chip in glassware, etc) this must be reported to Anchored Collective via email anchoredcollective3@gmail.com within three (3) days of receipt - the subject line must state DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED and a photo of the defect must be included. Anchored Collective will deal with these emails on a case by case basis. 
All sale or discount code items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
Shipping costs are not included in the exchange and any returns sent COD to Anchored Collective will be returned to sender. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you are shipping an item back to us for exchange, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
